WEB DEVELOPMENT

Persyaratan:

1. Undergraduate degree from reputable university (Computer Science / Information Technology).
2. It will be advantage if the candidate has working experience in banking industry (minimum 1 year).
3. Experience in MVC PHP Framework, Laravel required.
4. Having understanding regarding web development process- backend (Java/PHP).
5. Having knowledge about front-end development process (HTML + CSS + JavaScript + Jquery)
6. Knowing database concept (MySQL/ SQL Server).
7. Experience in working in a team oriented and collaborative environment.
8. Intermediate in English (written and oral).
9. Excellent communications and teamwork skills and good personality.
10. Efficient planning, organizing, and time management skills.
11. Proven technical skills.
12. Adaptability and responsiveness to changes the priorities.
13. Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

FRONT END DEVELOPER

Persyaratan:

1. Proficient understanding responsive mobile site (eg: bootstrap)
2. Knowledge of HMVC architectures
3. Proficient understanding HTML5, Web Markup, CSS3
4. Proficient understanding on versioning tools (eg : bitbucket)
5. Familiar with OOP PHP code, can work with CMS (ex : WordPress, Magento) is plus
6. Proficient understanding on Cross browser compatibility
7. Basic understanding on image authoring tools, able to crop, resize. Familiarity with GIMP or Photoshop is a plus
8. 2 or more years of experience in related position
9. Good Understanding on Javascript (eg: jQuery, AngularJS and AJAX is mandatory)

ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE MANAGER

Persyaratan:

1. Possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or equivalent
2. 3-5 years of progressively working experiences in Public Accountant Company for banking industry
3. Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
4. Fluent in English (written and oral)

JR. HR (PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT)

Persyaratan:

1. Min. GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university, preferably from Psychology, Human Resource Management from reputable university.
2. Fresh graduates or maximum of 1-2 years working experience.
3. Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
4. Eagerness to learn and share with others.
5. Language proficiency: Bahasa and English.

HR (COMENSATION & BENEFIT)

Persyaratan:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Finance/Accountancy, Human Resource Management, or equivalent from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00.
2. At least 2-3 years of working experience in Human Resource Department especially Compensation & Benefit/Payroll.
3. Good communication expertise ( English is a must).
4. Familiar with Indonesia Labor Law.
5. Good expertise in pph 21 and payroll journal.
6. Expert in computer expertise, especially in Microsoft Excel.
7. High attention to details.
8. Good analytical thinking.
9. High integrity, hardworking and willing to learn.
10. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
11. Willing to travel.

INTERNAL AUDITOR

Persyaratan:

1. Undergraduate degree from reputable university (finance, accounting or business preferred);
2. Minimum 3 years of full-time bank auditing experience;
3. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of major laws and banking regulations required;
4. Effective communication (both verbal and written), negotiating and presentation skills;
5. Confident and able to show conviction over opinions and suggestions;
6. Excellent analytical ability with a good attention to detail;
7. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables;
8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge, influence and manage key stakeholders; and
9. Team player with a flexible results driven approach.

ACCOUNT OFFICER LENDING

Persyaratan:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with maximum age 35 years old.
2. At least 3 years working experience as account officer lending in banking industry and have database.
3. Effective communication and good relationship.
4. Able to work under pressure, good interpersonal, and target oriented person.
5. Able to analyze financial report.
6. Having knowledge about 5C's of credit analysis (Character, Capital, Capacity, Collateral, and Condition of Economy).

WEB ANALYST

Persyaratan:

1. Highly passionate about web analytics
2. Have read books on web analytics
3. Is aware of high number of web analytics tools - both freely available     and the paid ones
4. Possess Diploma/Bachelor Degree from Accounting/Economics/Business/ English Literature
5. Excellent in English and Indonesian (both oral and written)
6. Strong communication, organizational and computer skills
7. Creative, adaptable and responsive to changes and priorities
